Fast and efficient reading and writing of mass spectrometry imaging data files. Supports imzML and Analyze 7.5 formats. Provides ontologies for mass spectrometry imaging.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("CardinalIO")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
