Well Plate Maker

This is a shiny application for creating well-plate plans. It uses a backtracking-inspired algorithm to place samples on plates based on specific neighborhood constraints.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("wpm")
