This is the development version of RefPlus; for the stable release version, see RefPlus.

A function set for the Extrapolation Strategy (RMA+) and Extrapolation Averaging (RMA++) methods.

Bioconductor version: Development (3.4)

The package contains functions for pre-processing Affymetrix data using the RMA+ and the RMA++ methods.
