Wavelet-Based Models for Tiling Array Transcriptome Analysis

This package is designed to conduct transcriptome analysis for tiling arrays based on fast wavelet-based functional models.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("waveTiling")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
