Wrap Command Tools and Pipelines Using CWL

The package can be a simple and user-friendly way to manage command line tools and build data analysis pipelines in R using Common Workflow Language (CWL).

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("Rcwl")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
